COVID-19 and Colorado Mountain Club Programming

At the Colorado Mountain Club, the safety of our members and staff is our priority. We are closely monitoring expert sources and will share pertinent developments with our membership. All of our decisions regarding programming at the CMC moving forward will be with the health and well-being of our members and staff top of mind.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call our office at 303-279-3080, or email us at office@cmc.org. We are available 10am-6pm Monday-Thursday and 10am-3pm on Fridays.

Update February 23, 2022:

Jefferson County removed their mask requirements effective Friday February 11, 2022

we will do the same at the CMC and AMC.

Masks will no longer be required but will be recommended in CMC offices and in the AMC building.

  • CMC Youth Programs will still require students and youth instructors and volunteers to wear masks in the building.
  • While the CMC and AMC no longer require masks, testing, or reduced capacity, our valued CMC Leaders and Instructors still have the authority to follow more restrictive guidance for their events, programs, and trips. Any requirements for participation need to be published with registration for the class, trip, or event so folks know what to expect.
  • As a reminder, COVID 19 still exists in our community. Please follow the CDC guidelines on what to do if you have been exposed, tested positive, or are feeling unwell. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/your-health/quarantine-isolation.html

Thank you for taking care of yourselves and each other in this CMC community!
