This is intended for School Directors and/or School Instructors who apply for USFS permits. These sessions will focus on USFS winter requests (November 1, 2022 - May 31, 2023), but the content presented at the beginning of each session is also relevant for summer requests.

The deadline to submit USFS winter requests is August 1. All information related to permits can be found under Leader Resources -- For School Directors -- Guide to Permits. Information presented in these planning sessions will be added to the Guide to Permits resources.

There are 4 permit planning sessions. Each one will cover different topics. These will be explained at the beginning of the session and the remaining time will be left for questions or assistance in the permit application process. Please come prepared with questions or to submit your requests.
