Upon registering for your program, you will receive a confirmation with your program contract, other essential info, and student liability waivers. 

As part of your child’s field trip, they will be hiking at a local open space or state park. We will be outside for the entire program so it is crucial your child come prepared for the day.

Please ensure your child is prepared for the trip with the following:

• A signed liability waiver (attached) – Your child will not be able to participate without this.
• Any pertinent medications your child is prescribed such as inhalers and EpiPens
• Sturdy, close-toed walking shoes (tennis or hiking shoes)
• Backpack that can hold your student’s personal gear
• A sack LUNCH & SNACKS—if applicable
• Two (2) full water bottles
• Sunscreen, Sunglasses, and/or Brimmed hat
• Raincoat (please dress appropriate for the weather)
• Warm layer(s)
